The final product should encompass: • An analysis of your mindfulness trajectory. You can choose to focus on a particular aspect (aka, rumination, challenges being fully present, achieving goals while practicing non-striving, etc.) or address multiple topics. Think of it less as a critique and more of an acknowledgement of things as they are. • Reference to appropriate sources and demonstration of understanding of the concepts addressed. • An intention setting for beyond the course.
